Shipping and Refunds Policy
This Shipping and Refunds Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and is subject to the provisions of the Terms. All terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
Shipping
Tracking Your Order. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. If you need assistance, please email hello@deinde.com with your order number.
Destinations. Orders can be shipped in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. DEINDE does not ship outside the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
Shipping Rates:

U.S. orders:
Shipping is $5.00 for ground shipping (5 to 8 business day for delivery) on all orders less than $50 before taxes and fees, and free for all orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping. Order processing takes 1-2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
- Expedited shipping is $15.00 for UPS 2-day and $25.00 for UPS Overnight. Orders placed on weekdays before 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous U.S.
Other Terms: All items purchased through the Services are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, DEINDE. Title to the items purchased through the Services, as well as the risk of loss for such items, passes to you when DEINDE delivers these items to the carrier.
